This program offers a sensory and poetic exploration of musical material, conceived as a living continuum where works respond to each other, transform, and extend. A thread runs through distinct musical voices, each representing a unique way of inhabiting sound, making it resonate, and transmitting it. These sensibilities are united by the same desire: to traverse time.
Through reinterpretations of works by Johann Sebastian Bach and Erik Satie, alongside the iconic Études of Philip Glass, set in dialogue with an original creation by Trio SR9, a singular sonic identity emerges. From one era to another, from one aesthetic to the next, the pieces converse, unfold, and reveal a subtle continuity.
CONTINUUM is an invitation to let oneself be carried by the music, to hear what connects — in the spaces between the notes, in the resonances and vibrations. Like an uninterrupted line, a space of passage where heritages transform and where each sound opens a new sonic horizon.
Reimagined here through percussion keyboards and other percussive colors, this repertoire opens onto new textures and new listening spaces. Timbres shift, musical lines are reinvented, extending this interplay of lineage in renewed sonic material. A mesmerizing concert, offering an experience as much auditory as it is visual.
